At the Staff Night at Granada Luxury Belek; they had a night full of fun and solidarity.

The employees of our company came together and spent an unforgettable staff night. The night was organized to reinforce the company's mission and values and to increase solidarity among employees.

The event was filled with lots of fun, food and music. Employees relieved their stress with dance competitions and various games, and had the opportunity to make new friends and strengthen existing relationships.

Mr. Hacı Osman ÜÇDAN, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Granada Luxury Hotels Mr. Hacı Osman ÜÇDAN made a special speech and thanked the employees and welcomed Ufuk SÖNMEZ, who started his duty as Hotel Operations Director and Barış KÖKKAYA, who started his duty as Sales & Marketing Director, and emphasized that the motto of the Granada Brand is that staff satisfaction equals guest satisfaction and that greater success is possible together. He also talked about the achievements of Granada Hotels and mentioned that in 2024 they will be launching new projects in the field of Gastronomy, as well as projects aiming to increase staff satisfaction and training by establishing the Granada Training Academy and providing one-to-one training.

In addition to strengthening the team spirit, the staff night also contributed to increasing the motivation of the employees. The event, which took place in a friendly atmosphere throughout the night, was an important step towards strengthening internal communication and cooperation.
