As the Senior Management of Granada Luxury Hotel & Convention Center Belek;
- Keeping communication channels open between employees and managers,
- Ensuring that employees can discuss their problems with their managers on every issue,
- The employee can communicate with the Human Resources Manager if necessary,
- To be able to reach the General Manager in cases where a solution cannot be found,
- The employee should be able to show the line of authority and responsibility at every point where there is no solution and good
to reserve the right to appeal to a superior, always keeping in mind the rules of good faith
